You can save the organizations that you interact with as an account record in Parlor. Accounts in Parlor can connect to the places you store relevant account information – your CRM and Customer Data Platforms – to pull in your revenue and opportunity data. This unites user insights and behaviors with their business impact so you can understand your most important users.
Create Accounts from Accounts page
1. In your Parlor account, navigate to User Management > Accounts.
2. In the upper right, click Add Accounts.
3. In the pop-up window, enter an Account name and click save.
4. Once an account is created, the Account record will open through which you can associate the record to other records such as as users, feedback, and opportunities.
